Charette & Design Guidelines, 2012

In 2012, the Logan CDC, with funding from the Philadelphia Foundation, commissioned a Neighborhood Design Charette and Design Guideline Manual. KSK Architects Planners Historians and Elwell Studio were the design consultants on the project.
